CREATING CHART IN EXCEL
 Todays lesson
With a chart, you can transform worksheet data to show comparisons, patterns, and trends.

Instead of having to analyze columns of worksheet numbers, you can view what the data means at a glance.
Follow the steps:
 
Creat a table of items collected by different department in survey school,stating,
The Department
The item received
Number of item received

After you might have created the table
Click on Insert
select column chart
At the top left corner
Select the clustered column
